Yoga for Health

Including Yoga or Tai Chi as part of you daily routine is a wonderful way to feel healthy in mind, body, and spirit.

The following two videos will give us some basics for getting started with yoga. Although some of these exercises may be too complicated for beginners, just do what your comfortable doing.  Don’t push yourself into doing anything that doesn’t feel right.

The main thing is to begin thinking about things you can do to feel good.
