20 Positive Affirmations for Coping and Getting Through the Day
Do you ever find coping through the day to be a challenge?
I just told my wife that I’m thinking about writing 20 positive affirmations for coping and getting through the day. She said to me, “Isn’t that great! Your best ideas come from your own down days!” I said “Ya,” and walked away glum. She called after me, “And you know something; people like those posts because they’re real. People are going through the same rough spots you are. You’re coping and you help others to cope.”
Positive affirmations help us cope and in today’s day-and-age, sometimes coping is the best we can do.
So here are 20 Positive Affirmations for Coping and Getting Through a Tough Day:
- “I will put one foot in front of the other and cope with gladness.”
- “I will act ‘as if.’”
- “I will love myself and treat myself well regardless of how I am treated by others.”
- “I will refine my character and remember that rough days refine my character.”
- “I will learn from tough days how to get by.”
- “I will enjoy the rewards of hardship just as an athlete enjoys the pain of athletic performance”
